About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO who will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Founder. This role will drive company-wide priorities, build operating rigor, and ensure execution across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
This is a high-impact role focused on translating strategy into execution and building scalable systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Operating Cadence & Planning
- Own quarterly planning, OKRs, and leadership reviews
- Establish structured operating rhythms and governance frameworks
- Drive executive reviews and board preparation
- Enable data-driven and timely decision-making
Strategic Initiatives
- Lead high-priority strategic projects including international expansion and GTM acceleration
- Support organizational design and structural evolution
- Strengthen revenue operations and cross-functional alignment
- Support product launches and fundraising readiness
CEO Partnership
- Drive prioritization of strategic initiatives
- Prepare structured decision briefs and frame trade-offs
- Identify risks and execution bottlenecks
- Ensure follow-through on leadership commitments
Operational Oversight
- Monitor KPIs across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance
- Identify scaling gaps and process inefficiencies
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Drive accountability across teams
Strategic Communication
- Draft strategic memos and decision documents
- Prepare materials for board meetings and company-wide reviews
- Drive clarity on goals, metrics, and outcomes
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 4–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or business operations
- Strong preference for candidates from Tier-1 consulting firms such as Bain, BCG, or McKinsey
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or enterprise B2B environments preferred
- Exposure to revenue strategy, operating model design, or company-wide transformations
